I am offerred with 8.6 LPA fixed + 22% variables for ML 10 position. As my previous salary was below par (3.55 LPA). I didn't have any scope to negotiate too much. But I really want to increase minimum upto 11.5 LPA fixed. How can I do so?? Even I want to change the joining location, I applied for Kolkata location but got the offer with Bengaluru, I want to change it as well. Give me some way

How to approach this?

Managers schedule meeting after office hours and expects us to be available always.

Sorry to say this but I have seen only Indians who work extra hours. What's even funny is that the upper management laugh at foreigners who work exactly 8hours.
