I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

Can anyone here give a referral?
I'm wanting to know what people think is better. Kaiser or ucla health for working as an admin staff. Ucla seems to have good pay from what I see on the job descriptions but kaiser only shows pay grade. Ucla has pension and a raise it seems every year. But I was alao told kaiser offers a dollar each year as a raise. I want a place I can grown and stsy Long term. Any one have any insight on kaiser and what they offered.UCLA Health Kaiser Permanente

I completely understand. It took me almost a year and an insane amount of interviews before landing at a great job. I know I was a good candidate when I'd have up to 7 interviews at a company and still not getting picked. Depressing is an understatement. Know the market is really rough right now, there's something out there for you!
It is an incredibly tough market right now. You can do everything they ask for and then some and still not get it. I have been in some low spots over the year just because of all the rejection from jobs. You aren’t alone and all I can see is to keep trying and know that it is just plain hard.
OP I have several friends who have been looking for new roles for over 6 months and haven't been able to find anything. I would highly suggest networking and trying to get as many referrals as you can to help you get your foot in the door somewhere.
I completely understand. I’m going through the same thing.
Just venting to anyone that can understand.
