Frustration w/ Pinterest

Anyone else frustrated as hell with Pinterest and some of the newer functionality? It used to be simple to find my boards and pin something from mobile, but now getting to a board requires searching my own pins and clicking another filter. Creating original pins has become a struggle where it tries to get me to create a collage instead. Since I use Pinterest for visual inspo but more broadly as a 2nd brain I’m debating moving over to “My Mind.” Any thoughts/solutions?

I like my job. I like my client. I have BPD. My boss micromanages me and makes me feel incompetent. I’m never invited to team functions. It’s really depressing. What would you do?

Been in the nonprofit world for a bit now as a social worker. I’ve been trying to shift towards the corporate world but have struggled to market myself as a beneficial addition to companies. It’s common for people to assume social worker roles as merely entry level customer service, but there is much more required to qualify for these roles.

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

A year ago, I got promoted to Art Director, and since our team is pretty small, I’m still very hands-on in terms of designing. I’m currently responsible for creating online advertising, branding and everything that goes into our social media channels (design, not content). I want to ask others Art Directors here, what responsibilities you have. What your day-to-day looks like? I’m still doing everything that I used to do when I was a Lead Designer. Am I missing something?

Recently at my company there was some concern with salaries due to an accidental email going out with starting salaries for new job postings.. long story short, is it common for different departments to have higher salaries for the same title? For example a senior graphic designer in brand verse product marketing?

I’m getting back into the design game after taking a break. I left a very toxic work environment that deeply effected my mental and physical health and took a very different job to have a change of pace and do something different. But I miss doing graphic design and creative work. Any advice with getting back into the field after being out of the game for 6 months?
