I cleared 1 technical round. Then got call from MasterCard HR he said 38 LPA is max budget for specialist( Level 7) at MasterCard,if you are ok then will go ahead? Is it true ? I am expecting 45 LPA fixed from MasterCard. I requested to consider for lead role if budget is issue. As my experience is 12 years but hr told 13+ experience required for lead. Is it true ? How much experience required for L6 (lead / individual contributor role ) ? How much is salary range for L6 role at Mastercard ?

I wouldn’t know, I don’t really shop there.
I know they have some topcoats for budget, didn’t realize the quality was bad.
Just wanted to give OP some cheaper options bc I knew other folks would throw out the typical big name options.
Peter Millar has some great stuff in their Outerwear section
And also Barbour
Way to go OP, literally had the exact same question. Was looking this morning - any thoughts on Rodd & Gunn?

You should go to Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack to see if you can get their products on sale. Nordstrom sells Rodd & Gunn
I got one from Theory a couple of years back that looks really nice with suits.
Loro piana wool overcoats are great. Saks 5th ave has a great selection.
$5K on cashmere that gets destroyed with travel - no. $5k for something more long lasting, maybe!
You have to look for a wool or cashmere coat. Hugo Boss is a classic. Depending on budget, Snyder, Ralph Lauren or St Laurent.
If you go French, Sandro and The Kooples have good ones.
If no budget, I'm sure Clein or Uniqlo have something, but it won't be as warm.
If you're going Parka, instead of the classic look, Canada Goose or PJS. Moncler used to be good but is now stupidly overpriced. Its warm though...
Or you could drink your way to a beer coat.
Car coat, top coat, pea coat, all of those work. Look for established brands, but don’t be scared of micro brands that no ones heard of. Just be willing to replace it in 5 years or so
