Babysitter, massage are great as mentioned above. A short weekend getaway trip for the 2 of you.
Also an indoor plant would be nice too
A spa day with a couples (or family) dinner at a nice place is what we like. It’s not the normal routine and feels special

Does she like to cook? Some unique knives are things I’ve loved that my wife got me… carbon steel Chinese clever or gyoku for starters.
My wife LOVES the Athleta brand stuff. The “duster” things and really anything that looks like it can go with leggings since she’s in them constantly.
Super soft / nice robe. Ugg house slippers.
Have any more direction on what she likes? Hobbies? Etc?
McK1: I actually use my Chinese cleaver more than anything by quite a long shot. It’s just amazing for veggies. So sharp, extra safe because the high back makes it super easy to run it against the knuckles, and functions as a bench scraper too. Gyuto is my second most used. I rarely use my western chefs knife. Sometimes I default to that for beefier veggies like squash breakdown.
Anyhow… check out a Chinese cleaver! They are amazing.
