As a woman, it’s like 90% intentional. If I’m going out and I’m poking through, it’s intentional. If it’s a workplace, I will try my hardest to not poke (for ex I will wear a sweater to cover it up even if it’s super hot).

I’m going to assume this question was asked genuinely so I’ll answer as such. Oftentimes a sexy outfit doesn’t work with a bra, so either you show nipples or you have to deal with some sort of taping or pasties. So it may be a choice in that instance. There are also a lot of women who just choose not to wear bras. My daughter is 19, and some of them just don’t see a point in bras. Nipples happen anytime it is cold, and some people purposefully pick really starched and thick bras to avoid this. But a lot of women just find it really inconvenient and uncomfortable so their bras are thinner and it just happens. So basically, the answer is that if it is cold and you don’t see nipples it is because she made a very large effort to plan around you not being able to see them. The default state of our bodies is that you would see them, so seeing nipples just means she doesn’t give a shit about what you see.
You’re right, I’m not trying to make sure no one finds out I have nipples. I’m just existing in the clothing I decided was comfortable and felt good that day.

Mine are pierced so they’re hard forever. No it’s not intentional. Quality of clothes has decreased over the decades so there isn’t much support to keep covered. If your nips are getting hard, why don’t you wear a bra like the rest of us women do and for once understand how difficult it is to control something we actually can’t control 🙄🙄
