How much is the possibility of getting an offer after meeting team members last week but receiving no feedback or update? and do companies directly send you offer (email) or call you first (verbal offer)?

I had my kind of hr round with TCS
They did not have a detailed discussion regarding the compensation .
But they told i will be getting link for uploading documents and then hr would be discussing for compensation.
Its been 2 days. No update. Can anyone guide. Why 2 hr rounds ? N how much time it takes?

Done with technical round, HR round and also background verification. And got a call from HR for negotiation. But till now not received offer letter. It's been two weeks. Is it always like this in tech Mahindra?? Or should I consider I won't be getting any call back.
