Goinf back to work soon from being on maternity leave for 12 weeks. I'm struggling with finding a good routine. We also have a 5 year old. What do ya'lls mornings/evening routines look like with a newborn and a small child? I'm stressed about making it out of the door on-time and getting to bed at a decent hour.

Recently accepted a temp role as an HR admin for a former employer. Previously interned there & left because my supervisor did not have any growth opportunities planned out for me; this was in spite of my stellar performance, as reflected in my 90 day review. She has since left the company, but there’s crazy turnover in the company & in the HR department in particular. Just that an HR coordinator resigned. Is it worth going back into a dumpster fire w/ no leadership to gain experience?

How much prof liability coverage should a solo plaintiffs attorney carry.

What type of food do you all feed your fur babies? I have a very picky eater, and doesn’t like hard food/treats. He’s at an ideal weight, and I’ve been making homemade food to mix in with his kibble, but not sure if that’s the best thing to do for his nutrition. I’ve tried wetting his food to make it softer, but he won’t touch it. Not sure if I should look into premade human grade food or continue making my own. Or using something else for his kibble.
