I mix half Fromm dog kibble with grains and half Farmer’s dog. It saves me money by not doing full Farmer’s dog. Also after hearing about the delivery delays and some families not having enough dog fresh dog food from Texas during the store, I will continue to do half and half.

Frommes for my boy. He’s not a huge kibble fan but he likes this better than Purina Pro Plan and Royale Canin and it’s resulted in the solidest poops for him.
Have you tried getting raw topper to use with the hard food?
Visual Storyteller
Yup when I use toppers he picks those out and leaves all the kibble. He literally spits the kibble back out lol

I’ve been doing a mix of Ollie and Nom Nom Now for a couple months since my dog started to lose interest in her old food. She seems to like it and follows me to the fridge now when I’m getting her food

Gotcha. Thanks!
Purina Pro Plan. He was picky but I just fed him that and eventually he started eating it.
We feed our boy Orijen. He seems to like it and it’s supposed to be one of the best dry foods. Expensive though.

We’ve tried dry food, freeze dried, etc. He just doesn’t like them for some reason. And he’s super sensitive/fearful—has been ever since we adopted him. But we’re working with a trainer and I’m hoping once he’s more confident somehow that’ll translate to not being as picky with food 😅
My dog isn't picky at all thankfully, she'll eat anything. I feed her Blue Buffalo. I used to use science diet but my breeder told me that it's overpriced crap and Blue Buffalo was much better.
The Farmers Dog. My picky eaters love it. Only rub is cost.

I’ve started raw feeding. I still have kibble around in case he is snacking but he does not like kibble ...it just sits around. His digestion and poops are the best they have been ever. And his energy levels are great.

How did you determine what and how much of the different meats/veggies/fruits to feed him? And are e. Coli/other bacteria not a concern?
