Goldman Sachs’s new hire Laptop

Will Goldman Sachs give a laptop to new hires(Software Engineers)? If not will they reimburse the laptop amount?

Does anyone know if we can reimburse expenses for items listed in Wageworks while on maternity?

I know we cannot expense phone/internet/ commuter benefit as I am not actively doing work.

However, for other items that fall under wage works reimbursement, I couldn’t find anything in writing yet.

Advice: my firm incentivized associates to get licensed in fed courts - 4 fed courts for a 5k raise. They also covered the admission fee. I just accepted an offer with another firm and will be putting in my 2 weeks notice tomorrow. I am a software sales representative in the manufacturing space. My starting salary was $85,000 in 2015 I did not receive a raise until I asked for one three years later in 2018. The raise was 5%. According to the new Wage Rules, are companies giving Basic Salary as 50% of fixed Pay? Should we ask HR of our current company or the next company to actually do the same? Or the rule isn't a mandate and it's upon companies to follow it ?
