H1B changes.. does anyone have thoughts on this? Is anyone affected. I didn't get the H1B this past year but luckily was able to get a 3 year TN visa before trump turns NAFTA upside down too.

I have approved I-140. Indian nationality so priority date not close to current. If I switch employer, does my employer need to apply for PERM and i140 again as soon as I join, to get H1B extensions?

Why if you are on H1B is so much problematic for vendors looking for contractors ? Vendors keep on asking to join on W2 rather that Corp to Corp although for employees on H1B we cannot join on W2 due to immigration issues. Point being does it matter for end client , if the contractor is coming as W2 or not ?
