I realized last summer that my time at my most recent employer was coming to an end. I have been looking for a new role ever since, intensifying my search over the last 4 months or so. I had 3 good interviews with a company in November with the last one discussing projects that I would be working on etc. Then radio silence. I am really starting to doubt my value. I have 45-50 applications out there, I don't believe in panic applying, so I am only applying for roles
