Good morning all! Just wanted to let any dental professionals know that I have been working for Elite Dental Partners for 15+ years and LOVE my job. I started as an RDA and moved to Compliance Specialist. I want to say this about this (my) company: They allow a lot of room for growth and development. I am simply amazed at this aspect of my position. If you have work hard, are honest, kind and have good work ethics along with your passion to grow, you will enjoy working for this company.

I currently working as project coordinator (on-site) for 3 months 10hrs everyday with package $75k, I want to move to remote or hybrid work but I only have 8 months of experience from my previous employer and I have completed my master's in construction management in 2021. Should I stay in my role a bit longer to gain experience or I am not able to find remote or hybrid matching my profile. Your advice and comments are much appreciated.

COVID opened up remote work for me, I manage eclaims, claims corrections and billing for two offices. $20 per hour, no bonuses or incentives, I know I am not getting paid enough! I've been a dental assistant for 11 years , and I think I'm done . I feel the pay is never enough and 9/10 we do the most work in the office . It's never commensurate to what we do and no matter how much experience you have your still 3-5$ more than someone fresh out of school . It's a skill I'm glad to know that I can always find work but the burnout for nothing isn't worth it. Can anyone relate
