During my interview process I clearly stated my salary expectations of 95k-105k. They came back with an offer at 80k. Hi, I have been working in a neo-bank scale up for the past year. I’m getting paid relatively well with stock options that vest over 4 years. There are also talks internally about the company potentially IPO-ing in the next 1-2 years.
