How diligent is Mintz background check. When it comes to education? My references, credit, criminal and work experiences will check out. However said I already graduated school when I am in reality a month away from graduating. The company sent over the contract and start date at the same time as the background check.

I don’t see any visible damage to the system but that’s what they say and are charging me about 28k for this even though my system is in warranty period (will complete a year in a few days). Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Management consultant evaluating an offer from Google’s Go-to-market team (Strategy & Operations) in India. Two questions:
1. Given it’s an internal consulting role, are the hours equally bad / worse than consulting firms?

Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me).
