So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. My final round of technical Interview was over in Deloitte USI and it was with team members. I think HR will connect with me for package as per team members.
Role : Consultant (Manual tester)
YOE : 5.6 yrs
Current package: 5.03lpa( this will get hike letter)
How can I expect from Deloitte because even for freshers they are offering more, so for 5.6 yrs how much can I expect?
