Got an offer from IHS, Telus International and Accolite digital with the difference of 2 lakhs each. Below is the exact scenario:

Ihs Markit : 26 LPA
Telus International: 28 LPA + 1 lac JB
Accolite digital : 30 LPA + 1 lac JB

If someone can pls suggest which company would be better in terms of good quality work + WLB + decent annual growth.

We currently work at comparable big firms but her pay is already higher than mine (hers include stocks, mine doesn’t). We did equally well in college & I know I’m just as smart. Can’t help but feel like my career’d have been much better if I did not need sponsorship. Smaller firms don’t sponsor so I work at a big firm but pay isn’t great 🙄

I was promoted to manager in Jan but received an offer with a 35% salary increase and much cheaper health insurance outside the firm. I am 85% sure I’ll take the offer, but wanted to see if anyone could think of acting I may be missing out on by leaving? FYI my inflation increase was larger than my promotion increase and my student loan payments also were stopped since I’m no longer an SA. I think what is holding me back is my guilt for my immediate team but just want to check.
