Germany salary is very low

You should take either KPMG or BNY ... Intra company transfers salaries does not allow survival with family (TCS provides the lowest salary to ICT employees) ... You can have a much better and relaxed life with India offers than Germany ...
Only attraction towards Germany is that you survive for 5 years and than they convert you to a German employee and provide a better package..
Accept Germany.
You have vast experience that too you are into PM/SM. Work in TCS for a year and switch Germany itself.
Germany has huge requirements in PM field. Moreover quality of work is totally different.
Decision will be tough but make a new year resolutions and complete that.
He has a family of 3. Education cost if international school is huge. So his kid will need to German school.. in Europe if 2 family members don't earn it's a huge disadvantage
If it's KPMG Global Services ( KGS) then 25 LPA is low for managers, negotiate to atleast 30-32 LPA, they'll offer, if you are considering KPMG
Not sure about taxes but if you have a family with kids then this amount is not that sufficient. You can't save more. The other offer which you received makes much more sense. If you need a quality of life then surely you can move.

Go for Germany
Don't go for Germany as 67k euros translates to 75k USD which is too low
Germany (Berlin) monthly expense itself including rent would be around €5000. This is assuming you will travel to work and eat out. If WFH then maybe €4K. Then on top of this remove tax you’re hardly left with anything.
Negotiate for a higher package (around 30L) in India at KPMG. It’s a better brand with large operations across India (so more opportunities to grow). BNY is new, and growth opportunities may be low within the organisation as presence is smaller comparatively.
WLB is completely dependent on the type of team you’re working for. Of course, consulting firms are known for bad WLB, however given that we don’t have much info about the profile / role — cant say much on WLB.

Ok . You can search lot of sites where daily household and grocery and other items prices are available for different countries and there you can make the estimation. Best thing is talking directly with a friend who is staying Germany
