Like I haven't received them yet but I am expecting them soon. So, How can I deny the first offer upfront before receiving it so that there won't be any bad consequences on the 2nd offer from same company.

Hello all,
I have received offer from Ensono with 30LPA including 10% variable pay. I am holding 17 year experience in Mainframe. I am not sure this is fine to accept this offer with current market trend or to go with negotiate more on it.

Compare With current ctc, it is almost 40% more, but variable pay is more in this case.

How Ensono pay variable pay, will they pay 80-100% or less than this range?

What are career level or band exists ensono ? What would be correct level with 17 yoe.
