Got interviewed on 23rd of nov for senior compliance at #EY GDS and got the selection mail on the same day salary discussion was done on 27th of nov and two days later that is 29th of nov carrer portal status changed to hiring team phase of interview

Its been almost ten days but i have no communication from hr also senior from the department I interviewed for are watching my LinkedIn profile
What should i do? Should i reach out to them or wait
Also how much wait is too much wait for the offe

Three days later recruiter wants to give me a call and “give an update”. Schedules it after 2 days. This morning cancels last minute as they are having “internal discussions”. I gave my various rounds of interview in Deloitte USI 2 months ago, and since then till last Friday it was showing " interview in progress" on their job portal, HR said earlier that we are interviewing other candidates. I got an offer from Amazon last week and asked Deloitte recruiter to speed up the process, i didn't get any reply on my email but now it's showing " review in progress" on the job portal. What does it mean? Shall I wait for Deloitte offer or take Amazon's offer.

I had a first interview last Tuesday with Amazon, which I think went well, although I still haven't heard back 6 days later and then got an OOO annual leave msg and a no response when I chased up the named colleague today. Is this typical behaviour others have experienced when dealing with the big tech company recruiters? I found Google and Facebook recruiters to be efficient and TikTok so-so, if not a little slow, but 6 days+ seems poor.
