Anyone have online courses you’d recommend for learning general product knowledge? I see a few on udemy/Coursera, but just wanted to see recos from the community

What is "general product knowledge" you mean in product management or product design?

If its design, there isn't a different set of design process or considerations. But you just have to understand more about data, tech, business needs, tech constraints, etc. And you have to design for longevity/relationships rather than episodic engagements...

I'm confused by "general product knowledge" as well. If you're looking for a good online learning resource for UX in general, I highly recommend Udemy courses by David Travis, the author of "Think Like a UX Researcher."

Hey there! First post here 😊

I've done a lot of self-work this year re: where I've been most successful and fulfilled over my last ten years.. I'm 32 and have been in sales, sales leadership, and business leadership (I've been a ceo and am currently head of sales at a start up).

All that said, I'm looking for some words of wisdom on how to pivot to sales ops, Rev ops, or GTM strategy. The latter probably being my preference.

References, wisdom, and general advice appreciated!!

Hi. I’m in need of advice and encouragement. I’m currently working as a public defender(2nd year) but I would love to pursue a solo private practice. What is a good way to gain experience in other areas of law as a solo practitioner? What areas of law are best for maintaining a work-life balance?

Hi fishes,

I think I am slipping into depression. My life seems to have no meaning and all I do is work. I don't get time for myself or my family, friends and loved ones. But I can't leave my job and take a break as I need the financial support.

I also feel I am earning way less than my peers which makes me feel like a loser. 4.5 years of work-ex and 16LPA.

What should I do? I need good wlb but also need money badly.

How do you approach usability testing for new onboarding sequences? I work with a variety of SaaS businesses and recently requests have come in to test onboarding prototypes.

New users are the first to touch onboarding so how do I recruit the appropriate participants to test? Recruiting new users doesn’t seem feasible, I would think we should run A/B tests and cross-check analytics to measure success? Any insight is appreciated!
