Got promoted to a 601 last year, It was a year end promotion. Applied for an IJP for a 602, the hiring manager has told me I've been selected for the Role and they are going to speak to the HR Regarding the same. I know the policy says 12 month in a current role before you apply for an IJP but I've heard HR makes it difficult sometimes while promotion someone from a 601 to 602 if it's within a year and may need a lot of approvals, is it true?JPMorgan Chase

Last week I gave 4 rounds of interview with JPMC for the Associate position for WM division.
Last Friday I received email from HR asking last 3 payslips, and all info related to pay along with the ECTC and resume and gave everything over the weekend.
I gave expected as 30 fixed and currently at 20.8 fixed with 4 YoE in analytics and DS and overall 5+.
Still haven’t heard back from the HR.
What are the chances of extending an offer and on portal showing “Under Consideration for interview”
