Got selected in HSBC, yet to receive an offer in a day or two.
Designation - Senior Consultant Specialist
HR mentioned about the fixed pay and then mentioned about the bonus/variable pay.
He said it ranges from 4.2L to 8L
I'll get minimum 4.2L
But there is one catch, this won't be added and mentioned in CTC in my offer letter.
How am I suppose to believe this.
HSBC folks, if you could shed some light on it.

Why is Barclays the best organization to work with?

I have been hearing a lot that Barclays is one of the best organization to work for but no one is actually helping me in what terms it is better then other organization's. Can someone please share their thoughts here

I started in my first SDR position in a small SaaS start up few months ago. I am the only SDR and their first ever.
The base salary is ok but I haven’t received any commission structure up to this day.
I book an average of 3-5 demos per week. People always show up, but the thing that worries me is that I do not have a way to track how many meetings I book in our CRM,and to be honest I feel like I didn’t get the best training overall. Should I start looking somewhere else? Thoughts?

Still WFH? What are other chambers doing for task management? Our chambers has been keeping up with assignments, incoming emails needing judge’s eyes, and written orders, all through Microsoft Planner. We share PDFs through Sharepoint folders. Although we still email draft orders back and forth, the system seems to work well enough. We still aren’t operating at our previous capacity because it takes 10x the number of steps to get a motion heard or an order entered—90% of our workload.
