Got the option to interview and aim to start at McKinsey during or the summer or to wait until August and aim to start in the fall. Are their any advantages or disadvantages to interviewing between the two cycles?

I called her she said she will update me later which she didn't. I called her today where she said it will take time . Please tell me whether is it fine ?

Either that or I will join another company as java developer.
Which of the two has better scope in the future, java development or Salesforce?

Hi I was interviewed by Capgemini in December 2021 and surprisingly they called in February 2022 for second round.

1. When can i expect call from hr?
2. I was thinking it is not genuine as they did not had clarity for which they were interviewing me. However in both round people who interviewed had email id with domain of Capgemini.

He stayed optimistic and passionate about the job, and asked me again for advice about reapplying this year. I don't know what to advice him. His resume looks good but didn't even get a chance for interview
