Major differences between R1 and R2 M interviews? Cases, PEI expectations, etc? Any tips / tricks on making a good impression?

Does anyone have advice on transitioning from insurance to another industry? I am Vice President of a small commercial brokerage- basically I do everything except write the checks. I want to move to a more structured corporate role in marketing or strategy somewhere like American Express or JP Morgan. Any thoughts? Anyone successfully pivoted? I can’t even get an interview outside of the insurance industry. I have 2.5 years experience in insurance, before that I was in restaurant management.

I am interviewing for a new position as a Senior Program Manager and I need to give a salary (I have asked for range but they won’t give it). I have 15+ years experience (PMP/CSM). This would be a for profit, international company. I am curious what others are being compensated at for this title (base, bonus structure)?

Currently in the process of interview for the role of a Technical Writer at Amazon (Seattle). Before the virtual onsite loop, I have been asked to provide an expected salary including base, bonus, and equity.

Based on my search, I am expecting a base salary of 105 - 120K. However, I am not sure about the bonus and equity. Any thoughts?

Just scored 700 on my GMAT and I feel like a bag of crap. For reference, I put in 300+hrs into my studying, which is overkill but the course I signed up for took this long.

New hire here about to be up for staffing for the first time and sentiment at my firm seems to be worried/fearful about being unstaffed. I had a call with a recruiter at BCG towards the end of last week. I went to check the job description for the role on the careers website and it’s not there anymore. Instead it says, “we’re sorry…the job you are trying to apply for has been filled.” Why would the recruiter reach out to me about applying for this role if they were going to fill it so soon? The role is still listed on LinkedIn but when I click apply it takes me to the BCG careers page with the note saying the role has been filled
