I have attended an interview last week which had both Technical and Manager Round. The next day, I got mail from a HR to upload the documents in iBegin portal and then the documents were 'Verified' later. Even after 4 days the status in iBegin portal still says as "Candidate registered against job". I am not getting any response from the HR about the current status.

Does this mean that I am rejected? I am confident that I have performed well in the interview.

I'm working with EPAM, 7.8 yoe as dot net full stack with ctc 26LPA. Fed up with my current tech stack now project want on call support over weekend. no one knows project. No one is supporting. Thinking abt current situation I'm bit worrying. Somehow given interview in EY and selected. HR ask me CTC, NP and expected CTC. I told 20% and 60 days NP. She said, will check with business and get back to me. It's been 3 days no response, when I called her today she didn't pick. Is it normal in EY?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? So a company I interviewed with took me to the final round but rejected me for an architect role. Then, two months later the hiring manager hits me up for a manager role he thought I would be a good fit before the job was posted. We had a call and he said he thought I would be a long shot replying back to him. Also, he said everyone liked me and no need to interview. He said he has to post it and let HR do their thing before he can make a final decision. Why post a job if you want me for it?
