I have also recently cleared all interview rounds in TCS & HR Shared 'Salary Breakup'. Still, my status in the iBegin portal is not changing from 'Evaluation in Progress' to 'Evaluated' & so on, even after uploading all required documents. They had initiated the process 2 times, 1st on 16th Nov and 2nd on 24th. Please let me know, how long it will take to release the final offer letter. Thanks

I've been with GH for about 1.5 years now and I've had a great experience. Love my colleagues and WLB is one of my favorite aspects (almost never work more than 45 hours/week). Projects have been alright and solid promotion opportunities, although pay is only okay. I'm quite happy overall.
Rising Star
New to GH but I like it. Partners are supportive and colleagues are nice. Far cry from Big 4 where ppl were aholes above and below.
BAH was my best experience by far and GH is a close second. DM if you want…
It’s a little like PwC… 😏
They’re remote but I’d say BAH is way better than Guidehouse. What kind of work are you looking to do?
I've been with GH 2 yrs. Have only been onsite with a client (commercial health) twice. Worked with state department, state of my, and hud. None of which were/are in person. I would say federal work is about 60/40 remote. It depends on the project. I go into the office generally 1x week. Some of my team does the same. Otherwise, pretty much remote.
My WLB sucks, but that's bc I don't set/keep boundaries well and have spent the year without any help from my team (mostly) for bd and proposals. So it has fallen primarily to me and our other leaders. For C/SC level, I would say 40-45 hrs a week is pretty normal
I love it here!
Hey looking for a referral .
4.5 YOE, Top Secret clearance, AWS Engagement Management experience. Client side Enterprise experience.
Remote work has been completely dependent on contract/ client. No idea re: GH though
