Currently hold offers from other product companies as well with slightly less offer around 40 base. I am from a product company background with a good culture in all aspects. I am mainly looking for stability and WLB in ZS. I did see reviews and found a red flag on WLB. But job stability is not mentioned anywhere. How's WLB and job security for Data Science teams?

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). I find this aspect of PA stressful and exhausting but not sure if this is something you just get used to. Currently a manager and seems like the metrics just change over time / don’t get easier.
