Guys, I am working as a Senior 3 with Technology Consulting at EY GDS. I have around 13 YOE in Presales and Sales operations. My current CTC is 22 Lacs. I just received an offer from SLK Software, Bangalore for a Senior Manager Position with 34 Lacs CTC with 10% variable.

I am expecting a promotion this year. Pl let me know your thoughts and recommendation considering the money and lower brand value of SLK.

Does relocation to touristic cities (workations) really work? I have experience working summer jobs in foreign countries and was thinking about doing that now, or at least plan for next year.

I am curious about the impact it has on the work/life balance as well as the mental health, after several years of doing the same position in different companies.
