Definitely you have to pay
What is there to ask
Read your TCS offer letter carefully.
Normally, organisation keep this bond period as non-np, i.e., you should be regular employee until your bond period to avoid paying this bond amount and not serving notice period in this time.
I have seen many cases, where org let go of this bond amount for e.g when employee is going to pursue higher education (but it depends case to case)
Logically, you have to pay, cos it's not about last date, mostly company take from date of joining to date of resignation.
Chief
Yes, if you resign within the bond period they will ask for the money back. Wait for 4 days and resign.
Project Manager 1 all on point.
Yes you have to pay. In my case there was one day difference (prior there was 2 years bond). I requested HR and my manger to extend NP by just 1 day but they did not and I have to pay 50k (This will come in FFS letter if you are not paying before LWD).

Thanks bro.. Got it
Chief
No. Your last day should be after 1yr
Rising Star
I did mistake, I resigned on 10 March, last working day, now 7th June and bond expires on 10 June
Also why are you confusing everyone with your words
Do you know meaning of resigning
Take 3 days medical leave it will increase ur notice period
Check what is TCS policy regarding leaves in notice period
You are not in trouble.... Once you resign.. you will also serve the notice period for 3 months... Which actually clears that one year time...
Resignation date doesn't matter.. your actual last working day does...
So unless you are not gonna serve notice period, then u have to pay...

Bro I resigned on 10th march, 90 days end on 7th June. My 1yr experience will be on 10th June that is my joining date. So question here is, since I'm leaving tcs before completing 1yr and to be precise 3 days before only, still I need to pay 50k bond amount.??
You should have resigned 4 days after
Chief
Couldn't you resign 4 days after ? yes you should pay the bond amount else exp letter will not be given, unless TCS HR or someone in leadership feel pity and override it..
Rising Star
OK sure thanks, lets see what happen
Chief
By the way I don't think you will need to pay anything.. you just won't get much in your FNF settlement.
This 50k will be adjusted in last month salary and leave balance if any. . So dont think you have to pay anything out of your pocket or even if you have .. it will be small amount.
Chief
Yeah try. May be he can extend your NP.
Why you want to leave tcs. Any perticular reason. Becouse I am going to join
Take 3-4 casual leaves, your notice period will be extended
You should resign on 11th june 2022..other wise you have to pay joining bonus
Then u need to pay the bonus
Try talking to your manager, they might waive off. Else they’ll deduct from F&F
Take 3 days medical leave your notice period will postpone
Chief
wait for 3 days. Your new company will understand.
tell them you need to talk to manager before resigning and he is away.
Font worry about last day in offer letter, they will increase it about 7 days
