Hi All..Im SAP BASIS HANA consultant yoe 7.5.Holding offer from TCS 23LPA and I also had offer from NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS for 28LPA. As per the interview it seemed to completely a HANA DBA role for Europe project.
Can someone please suggest how is WLB in NTT DATA BUSINESS SOLUTIONS (earlier itelligence). thank you

I've been working at my current job for about a year now and I'm finally beginning to understand how the company works.

It's not easy, though. It's a small company, which means there are only a few of us in each department. There is no dedicated training team, so we all have to learn new things on the fly through trial-and-error or by asking our coworkers for help. The management team seems to be pretty hands off when it comes to project management and project direction, so it's up to us engineers to figure out how we want to spend our time and who we want to work with.

What skills are transferable from customer service, call center, Tech support in satellite cable? To Project Coordinator and Project Management. I am trying to get out of low paying customer service positions.

Also if you have been able to transition how did you go about it ?

I'm emotionally hit hard from my job, and would like someone to ground me a bit. I joined the new shop last month, with the team who we realized has zero pharma experience. We recently were put on a pitch because our client noticed this. Meanwhile my counterparts of this account has just won more budget, and openly recognized by our client leads. I really wanted to make a difference and step up as a leader, but I have been told there's nothing I should do by my boss. I feel like a failure..

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).
Maybe it is "standard chewing out" but it bothered me a lot. So much that I find myself still getting all fired up inside thinking about it...
Idk how to let go of this :/ Thoughts?

I'm getting a good offer from Coforge, which is 15 lac more than my current in Deloitte. In D, I've been tagged into a run the business kind of project, with not much innovation, but slightly complex in Salesforce. I don't have any interest in this domain. I'm confused bcoz it's been just a year in D, I joined D in an hope to climb the corporate ladder, get good exposure, none of which is happening - negativity about job security in Coforge, though SF jobs are plenty.

The post is not for show off but it is for those who are earning less like me and want to progress. This will motivate them.

In the month of December,2021 I was seating with only 6.95 LPA CTC with 8+ years experience and felt how I can move forward with compensation.

Then I decided to resign and here in March 2022, I accepted an offer of 27 LPA. A journey from 7 LPA to 27 LPA was satisfying.
I would like to thank all the fishers who guided and motivated me throughout this process

I recently had an appraisal call with my manager, the thing is I got pointed out on my knowledge should be improved. But the thing is I somehow think that due to crunchy deadlines at work. I am BA/PO with 14+ years of experience in service company. I worked long tenure and my current company is my second company. So my CTC is only 18L. Now, I have a HR interview in a good product company and how much should I ask?
I know market is high but I see that it's basically only for high tech niche skills. So far, all the interviews I have attended saying their budget is max 25L. Is BA's paid more than this in any company?
