If I l leave my current org and join a different org can I transfer my H1B to my new org ?

After being mugged and having my things (including my keys) stolen, I was locked out of my townhome after business hours on a weekend. I was told on the phone when dialing my complex’s after hours number (which is managed by a 3rd party company) that my complex’s policy would let me in for a cost of $100 (as it was after hours). After I was let in, property manager informed me the charge was $200. Is there anything I can do here? This is in Minnesota. Help appreciated!!

I accepted a $115K base salary, 13% bonus, 10k sign on bonus (scientist supervisor) job and two weeks later, got a $135K base, 17% bonus, and 15K sign on bonus (Senior scientist role) offer from another company. Should I accept the new offer ? How do I tell the previous company about this? Also, I’ve already negotiated with the first company and the $115K base is the negotiated salary. I have been attending interview with Bloomreach for a month, it consisted of 4 rounds including culture round. In culture round, I was told that I will get feedback next day, but when I reached out to HR, they said hiring manager is on a sick leave, will ger results on end of the week. Now its more than a week, they told I will be getting results today. Still not getting an update, have anyone interviewed with bloomreach before, what is the outcome?

I gave a protiviti interview last week, but when I am trying to reach hr, they are not giving the feedback and making excuses.

Hi Fishies, I got offer at Infosys for 9.5 LPA and HCL Technologies for 10.5 LPA. My Experience is 2 years and 10 Months. Applied for data engineer role. Tech Stack is Python, SQL, Spark, Hadoop and having Good Experience in Google Cloud. Current CTC is 6 LPA at Cognizant. I want to switch and I have a very good offer with me. However everytime I think about resigning I get scared and I’ve this slight hope of something good happening in my current org. The culture and environment in my current org is very good. However I don’t enjoy the work I’m doing here. I don’t know what exactly holds me back from switching but this issue has started affecting my mental health.
