Someone who joins TCS after April month of the year 2022. During performance assessment, he would not be eligible for assessment since he would not have completed 1 year by March 2023.
Will he has to wait for the next year 2024 for the assessment or he would get something after completing 1 year anniversary after April 2023?

Ok, my close friend has done PHD in environmental science related subject in Delhi.
He had detailed research topic on this delhi pollution.
He also spoke to police, ngo, municipality, ESG department of big 4 to understand this situation.
He said, don't get excited to see that Bombay or kolkata has less pollution.
Pollution is same as delhi in other cities. May be 5% less.
Other cities don't capture the data.
And during winter delhi situation gets worse.
But in general the pollution is toxic n dangerous level in all the cities not only in delhi.
So, we all are going to die soon bcz of pollution does not matter Delhi or Bangalore or Bombay.
You will get used to it in sometime. 🤣

Bhai lakhs of people live in Delhi NCR. Noida i find is much better with a lot of green cover. Noida is planned better than Pune. The weather overall is rough. Winters are very cold and smog is there. Summers are burning hot. But I have stayed for the past four years. Initially difficult to adjust but now used to it. U should shift to Noida if you are from north India and a bit home sick. Food is really great plus you get the north Indian Hindi , Punjabi speaking culture. Schools are good and public transport is also good. People are good but I have had encounters with difficult people as well.
Well 200 in Mumbai vs 400 in Delhi... Pls don't say is the same in all metros... Delhi is like a shamshaan bhumi

I moved to Delhi last weekend. I have office in Noida and currently staying in Noida as well. I see the pollution everywhere as if there is fog. But so far I have not faced any sever issue apart from a bit of sneezing.
Don’t worry Smoking damages lungs gradually, this will also do the same.
Born and raised in Delhi-NCR and smog is quite common here. Haven’t faced any issue till now 🙂
