Current consultant (boutique) with offers at a large ride sharing company (starts with a U) for Strategy/BizOps and a public company in their data consulting division. Obviously different areas, but the U role is seriously lacking in comp. Anyone else take/consider much lower total comp (~30% lower) to go to strategy/biz ops?

Stay and maybe get promoted to manager in august (been with firm 18 months) or leave to a boutique and make 30% more + RSUs? Would go to a boutique publicly traded firm like mandiant or Crowdstrike - Have an in at both. Currently at 130k

My title is technically Marketing Lead but I want to put Head of Marketing on my LinkedIn etc. I think of these titles as totally interchangeable—I just like the way the second one reads better. Does anyone know about the IAAP diploma in IFRS?

IAAP is an awarding body in UK.

My doubt is, does the value of the certificate of IFRS change depending on the Institution?

Will a person who cleared IFRS from IAAP have same value as a person who cleared IFRS from ACCA?

Hi Everyone. I completed my 1 year in EY in October 2022. And in my profile, they have updated it to Senior Analyst now. But that was a progression that happens every year and I have not received the incremented salary.

Now that they are giving increments to everyone, will I receive both progression and increment or my progression will be counted as increment.

I have one query, i received survey mail from ey gds regarding joining date and location preference, so it mean iam selected or any other round happens? Because i give self recorded video interview on 7th feb and i recive survey mail on 7th March which i filled on same day and in joining date there are two options 25 March and 25 April ,wheres i select 25 april but there is no communication after survey mail so what should i do?

My joining in EY India is on 3rd Nov. I have not got any details regarding 1st day. Anyone having same issue ? When should I expect the first day onboarding email ?
