Guys need your advise pls,

Many companies especially the ones hiring for BA are looking for immediate joiners.
But most of them have 90 days np. How do you get an offer this way.

Even if I say 30 days and get the offer, and request for postponing joining, they don't do that. And I end up losing that offer.

How do you tackle this. Pls let me know, those who have switched recently.

Any recommendations for learning about and getting into screenwriting, and taking vague ideas from my head and fleshing then into something more concrete?

For those who exited to industry at director-ish level or 250+ TC. What has been or is expected 5 year career progression? And what’s observed success rate / difficulty of making it to next level?

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected. Interviewed with Google, Amazon, Cisco, McKinsey, and a few others and every-time there is something that is not a match... are the hiring managers looking for like 100% match? That will never happen!!!

I want to exit to MBB but if that’s not a possibility what are the next best consulting firms? Looking for at least midsize firms (non-boutiques).

Has anyone worked in partnerships/partner development at a startup? Would appreciate hearing about your experience

I recently gave my technical phone screening interview for the role of BA 1 at Amazon it went pretty good was able to answer 90% of the answers but after that I see that my job application shows on their portal shows 'no longer under consideration' although I'm yet to receive any mails from them.

Can anyone tell me what it means have I been rejected or something else.
