Best way to decompress and fight burnout?

Do an activity you know you have been needing to do (veg out, work out, play games, read a book, spend time with loved ones). After, make a list of where you want to be in a years time. Focus on one of them and slowly make your way down the list. I find this helps people refocus on what is important for them outside of school, get some personal needs met, and feel less burn out. When we can focus and give purpose to the things that are important to us, we tend to make time for them rather than dismiss them.
