Hi all, I’m interested in knowing if you have noticed any management tools and methods that are effective for your team since the pandemic, especially if your company had the WFH setup. Your perspective could either be the team leader or a teammate.

Do any of you work in a different country than your company is based? I would love to eventually work internationally (based in the USA), ideally remote, but I’m not sure how realistic it is for most people

Also unfortunately I don’t code so a programming jobs are out of the question, and I know many of those jobs are easily worked remote/internationally

Recent graduate with Bachelors of Health Science in Workplace Health and Wellness. Currently working in a Healthcare job but as a client service coordinator. So I've been at my job for 5+ years as a data analyst/back office support team. I made my way up into making a little over $40k. I've been WFH the past 2 yrs and overtime more than half my team has now been pulled out to work for a diff department which resulted in me taking 90% of our daily tasks to handle. I'm at a point where the salary I'm getting is disrespectfully low for all the work I do. Should I ask for a raise? And if so, how do I go about asking without sounding greedy.

When I spoke with HR she said that their was some confusion and with name and they have send wrong offer letter but except my CTC and joining date everything was same my email id, my home address everything. And now I have been asked to wait, HR says they will raise again. And its been 3 days now I can not accept the previous offer also and I cant even resign from my current company. What should I do?

@Capco what’s the comms/content space like? I’ve heard lots of mixed reviews re: consultancy jobs, but that’s not my focus. I ask as I’m looking into a potential position at Capco, but concerned I could be leaving a more “secure” company (BofA) for a raise at another org. that has a lot of room for improvement.

Why are town Hall meetings so impersonal? They are all about awards / the number of people hired. I know FCB health is large, but we never hear from people who aren’t Executives. Last town hall, when discussing inclusion efforts, there were no people of color represented and one of the 4 pillars of diversity was centered around our “reputation as an organization” (that really rubbed me the wrong way). At my last agency those conversations were always led by people of color from every level.
