Had a very bad exp with one of the HR in this company

Had called her as, actively looking for the job switch but an HR from this company doesn't answer properly, replies rudely, on her given time, she doesn't call back & if we call back, they block our contact no.

Such HRs need KT to talk with employees, to reply them, etc. They make the company's name degradable.

Small companies, small thinking ..... :(

Clawback clause in current contract: been in role for over 2 yrs, it was an internal move that required relocation. Relocation was approved shortly after (over 2 yrs ago) but covid meant the actual move and start of my contract with new subsidiary was delayed, I was paid by the previous subsidiary meanwhile. I got small relocation package. Would internal move be subject to a buy-out/clawback clause if I leave now and if yes, is it time in role or time under new contract? Any experience? Thanks!

I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
