Half my work now is translating between leadership vision and what teams can realistically execute. Both sides think the other is the blocker. You end up in the middle constantly. It’s exhausting mediator energy. Do strategy roles everywhere become this translation layer?

Does anyone have any RAG formulaic templates they've used in the past that they wouldn't mind sharing? Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.

I was looking at PM roles only that were around $110k, one company approached me with Sr PM (title bump) at $110k. I’m getting scheduled for final interview loop next week with this company and planning to negotiate if an offer is extended from them. I did tell them that I’m at final stage with other companies so they can expect multiple offer situation from me. Advice?
