Posting for anyone who may be just “looking at this page” or “sick and tired of being sick and tired”. I found a life through sobriety. It may not be perfect but I no longer HAVE to drink. I never thought it was possible. I wanted to state here that it is. It gets easier as time goes but if you’re fed up know that for many years I HAD to drink. I’m an analyst at a small(ish) REPE firm. We’re looking to unroll a pretty comprehensive Multifamily strategy and I’m tasked with hammering it out internally. Part of this is choosing a RE consulting firm to engage. We’re looking for people to gather a lot of data on various markets and create various economic reports. Also other data as needed to make a slide deck. Anybody have recommendations/personal experience at a consulting firm with Multifamily practice?

Hi all- looking for some good advice. I am currently trying to secure a job for September. I’ve always wanted to go corporate (eventually transactional work although I am open to litigation). However, I do not have corporate experience. The only internship that would have gave me the same was cancelled in summer 2020 (Covid). I am willing to put in the work to succeed in the field. How come in TV shows there are different salaries for different actors? And it's even worse when you bring numbers in. Per episode, there have been cases where some people make twice as much as others.

Texas is coined a football powerhouse, but I’m having a hard time finding teams/events for my elementary school student.
