Has anyone actually gotten work from those "looking for freelancers" LinkedIn posts? I see them constantly—hundreds of portfolios dropped in the comments, often by the same folks day after day.

If that’s led to real, paid work for you, I’d genuinely love to know.

Because to me, it feels less like a pipeline—and more like a public display of availability that makes freelancers look kinda desperate.

Friendly reminder folks- don’t work for Havas Health and You. They cut the freelancers hourly rates, again and made it so there’s no OT. The resource manager at HOV said if I couldn’t swing $80 an hour as an HCP copywriter, she’d have to find someone else. Good luck 👍🏻
