It is a bit complex because it is new, but it has to do with decentralized and partial purchases of some space, i.e. you can acquire 10% of a property while others buy the remaining 90%. It sounds a bit crazy, but it is a good way to invest.
The Web3 allows the buyer not to have to do all the bureaucratic documents to acquire a property, this at the same time facilitates our work and optimizes the negotiation times. It would be interesting to continue learning and see the real market possibilities in this new modality.

There isn't much that is known about real estate in Web3 yet because the technology is still in development. However, there are some things that we can expect. For example, decentralization of real estate, smart contracts, and the development of new types of real estate products, like buying shares in a property or renting out fractions of a property.
I'm pretty skeptical about the whole thing myself. I'm not planning in getting involved in the craziness until there are more concrete advancements in that area
