Only if you're desperate. That's a very clear indication of Amazon's regard for candidates, which is easily extrapolated to how they regard their employees.

I don't see this as a direct reflection of Amazon as a company, but that of an individual who doesn't respect your time and/or the hiring process. If the call was to be with your potential manager, that would be indicative of who you would be working for so take note, but if it was a recruiter or panel participants who's adjacent to the role, I'd reschedule and not think twice about still giving my best to be able to get to the more important conversation with the HM.

I gave an AWS hiring manager a second chance because things happen. Turns out there was a reason why internally this group is considered a complete mess. A friend of mine who has a leadership role with the Partner business told me that on the one hand they really needed someone like me but on the other hand, it’s a horribly managed group.
Honestly it happens. Throughout my career, I had this happen at least three or four times at different companies. I'm quicker to forgive the first time

Yep, back in February. TA reached out about thirty minutes in because they couldn’t track down the hiring manager and saw that he hadn’t logged into the call. I went ahead and rescheduled since things happen. I’ve been the interviewer that had to reschedule last minute (not Amazon) but had our admin reach out to the candidate before the call.
This was the first of several red flags that had me hit the eject button on an opportunity that would have been about $550k TC. L7 role in the AWS CPPO group. The recruiter was legitimately surprised when I called her and was less surprised when I let her know why.

People get dates and times fouled up unintentionally often. I'd follow up and give them another opportunity to make it right. Would you do the same if you were the one conducting the interview, and the mistake was unintentional on the other end?
I would have left after 10 minutes
