Has anyone ever felt highly under qualified for a role they’re being offered? The company is great, and they’re very focused on development which is exactly what I’m looking for but this is two roles above my current level. It’s honestly daunting and I feel unprepared but the offer is really good and I got the offer so part of me wonders if maybe I can do it. I just don’t want to go there and underperform, then risk not passing probation
