Is there a resume format favored by the PR industry/hiring managers that gives applicants a meaningful edge?

Hi! I got an offer with Standard Chartered India. What does Grade 7 Band 7 mean? and I got a role as Specialist, Product engineer. Is this equivalent to senior software engineer ? Or relevant to manager? What is senior engineer is know in SCB?
