Has anyone ever taken a job from The Mom Project? How does it work? The “bidding” system sets off a red flag to me.

Just wrapped up a deal with a regular client (although the client’s deal teams vary). I’m a Junior and did a lot of the emailing back and forth with the client and with the other side. Is it appropriate for me to add the client deal team members on LinkedIn? What about the lawyers on the other side?
