Has anyone got interviewed by someone who is less experience then you and in the interview they just ask one technical question and judged based on that.

I did.

Got a chance for interview with BCG. I am have 4+ years experience and the girl who interviewed me had 2 years experience. She just asked me 1 technical question and I said I am not sure I will learn about it.(also involved other non-technical questions). That's all.... I lost that opportunity.

No response from them after that.

I have two offers in hand. KPMG and Deloitte. CTC is almost same whereas variable is more in KPMG. I am inclined towards Deloitte India. But HR in KPMG told me that I won't be able to join KPMG India in future as I accepted their offer. I informed her within 2 weeks and didn't do anything for onboarding. I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?

In 2021, I didn't do offer shopping, beacause I looked for well-being and work-life balance. After joining I realised that work-life and well-being soley doesn't depends on compensation, it depends on company,team members, project/product,manager, work-place, location as well.
For instance I was getting less salary and I have less experience than rest of my team mates. Last 1 year was tough for me, as I need to work hard than rest of team combined
