Has anyone had experience assigning Poster Boards to their Interns? Last year we had 12 interns and we had them present to the company, friends and family, in person & remote. I love the idea of poster boards and would welcome input. This year we have 23 interns, science, engineering and non-science & it will be fun!

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

With each passing year I am finding an ever shrinking population of students, including honors students, who actually read beyond what is posted in social media or video games. Students willingly volunteer that they do not read and most parents see it as a non-issue. I tell my students that the best readers are usually the best writers.
