Have you talked about your wedding with coworkers? I made the mistake of saying I had to leave work a little early one day because I was going to do a tasting at my venue. That starts a debate on why one shouldn’t get married, how much wedding costs & what a waste it is, dresses are stupid because you only wear them once, etc. I haven’t talked about my wedding much, but I didn’t appreciate this. 3 attorney firm. I’ve been here for 6 years and have used Westlaw exclusively. Now we are switching to Lexis because apparently Westlaw is too expensive. I hate change. I know where everything is on Westlaw and now I need to relearn. Apparently Westlaw will not budge on price and would rather just see a client leave than work with them. Super annoying.
