Wanted to hear from others if not a lot of new projects are being signed lately because of the economy or if its just at my firm. I’ve been on the bench for a month now and I was roughly 100% chargeable up til now.

My current project is discontinued by client, so I’m on bench now. Im serving notice period and only 40 days are remaining. I asked HR for early release me but they denied, saying its our policy to complete NP

Is there any possibility to get early release? Whom to I contact?

I’m a senior at a mid tier and been working about 70-75 hours for last 3 weeks on a SEC client. Now I roll off to a new job but the manager wants me to come back and help out the team more. Should I do it? I don’t want to fail at both jobs. Is that even reasonable to ask someone to work on both jobs?

Nagarro , YOE -4 ,Tech stack -QA , I have joined Nagarro 6 months ago , i was tagged in first project AFTER spending 2 months in bench , project was in manual testing , I asked the manager for change of project and he approved that I was released from project within 1.5 month , again got tagged in project project started very late and now there is again manual testing , should I re ask to change project ,or search for other opportunities outside ???? I don't understand the point of hiring candidates. Its been more than two months and i am sitting idle. There is no updates from management. I am getting info like i will get half salary this month because of the bench policy. I m confused what to do next

Joined LTI in June in Citi bank account. But still no onboarding. Many people waiting for VDI. Manager said it's freeze from Citi side process is slow. Now they have started releasing people. It's easy to get another project on bench. Will LTI ask to resign?

Friend introduced me to a poc at a role I’d potentially be interested in, but background check would take 6-12 months. Just got promotion at current firm and feeling content to stay. I’d be interested in the other company in the near future, ie 1-2 years.
